House Inspections Geelong takes pride in carrying out your inspection and provides you with a detailed report within 24 hours.
Wherever you are located within the city of Geelong and regardless of the day of the week it would suit for you to have the inspection carried out, we will fit in with your needs.
We offer either a morning or an afternoon appointment seven days a week, provided of course we are able to gain access to the property!
It is not necessary for you to be present during the inspection as we will immediately phone the outline of the results of the survey as soon as it is completed. This of course will be followed up with a fully detailed report and photographs which will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
All of our inspectors have at least 30 years practical experience within the building industry.
Our Pre-Purchase Inspections are undertaken in accordance with Australian Standards 4349.1 (2007 and above) whilst our Timber (Pest) Inspections are carried out in accordance with Australian Standards 4349.3 (1998 and above.)
