Either telephone us on 0499 655 470 or fill in our contact form and we will contact you to arrange a time. We can usually arrange a next-day appointment and of course, this includes the weekend. We undertake inspections throughout Geelong, starting from the inner city of Corio Bay and extending out to the main residential areas of Lara, Leopold, Mount Duneed, Armstrong Creek as well as Winchelsea, Colac, Torquay, Lorne, Bannockburn, Teesdale and Lethbridge.
Next, we make contact with the estate agent on your behalf to confirm the agreed time of the inspection and to arrange access to the property.
We carry out a thorough inspection of the property both inside and out, looking for any obvious or hidden defects, faults, damage or pest infestation, in accordance with your instructions. Please refer to our Building Inspection and Pest Inspection pages to outline exactly what our inspectors will be looking for on your behalf.
As soon as our inspectors have completed the survey, we will telephone you immediately and give you an outline detail of the results of the survey. We follow this up with a fully detailed report along with photographs by email within 24 hours of completing the survey.
Although we do not undertake remedial repair work ourselves, we will make recommendations for such repairs and include these within the scope of our report. We will also suggest appropriate tradesman and professional services who may be able to carry out this work.
